studies with battery chickens have shown that over-crowding leads to extreme aggression in chickens, that's why battery chickens have their beaks clipped .... to prevent them from pecking each other to death ....
you want to squeeze 6.5 million people into a place that's even smaller than hong kong ..... any wonder why it's so stressful living in Singapore ? ...
It's almost as if there's some unspoken threshold for population density and once that's reached or exceeded, it results in aggressive behaviour and other behavioural problems, which in turn may or may not result in a higher mortality rate. -
Rhondaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa........ know what? I lost all the photos I took on my first day in Darwin. My SD card suddenly played up and I still haven't figured out a wayto retrieve them (if there's a way)....
I did have a spare SD card with me but unfortunately I couldn't go back to the same spot (including one of my sites I visited) to take photos again. -

When I got up, going to have a shower decided up that was a bug stuck on my leg. Thought it was a squashed spider and turned out it was a tick. Arrrrgggggggg........ hate it. Managed to pull it out of my skin and smashed it a few times with a magazine. Thought it was dead and later found out it was still moving. Repeat it again, and it stopped moving so I put it in a jar. I just had a look at the jar before, it's moving again. That little robust thing, doesn't seem to die!!!
