For me, it's root beer. Preferably A&W, but I'm starting to develop a liking for the "Sam's Choice" brand from Wal*Fart.Originally posted by jetta:I can't live without Milo. I must have a cup first thing in the morning. I didn't see it as an "addiction" until I left Sg and found myself craving for one each morning. The day's not right if there's no Milo to start it off.
What's your poison? Coffee? Ciggies?
That was once upon atime my addicition too! i could stay up the whole nite just for that. After gatherings with forum friends, all of us will get home, log on and continuing chatting!Originally posted by Rhonda:I'm addicted to the Internet! Used to waste entire days just sitting in front of the screen doing stuff!
(That's why when I moved to Australia, I decided not to prioritise the purchase of a PC because I wanted to kinda wean myself off the addiction! )
That's what a few of us in here used to do!Originally posted by Ladi:That was once upon atime my addicition too! i could stay up the whole nite just for that. After gatherings with forum friends, all of us will get home, log on and continuing chatting!
Unbelievable.
Lucky you!Originally posted by Rhonda:That's what a few of us in here used to do!
Hmm... actually, a few of us are STILL doing this!
Wow... you're lucky to have developed close friendships that endured despite the forum being closed.Originally posted by Ladi:Lucky you!
Sadly for me, our that forum got closed down, though some of us still remain as really close friends.
Yes, indeed. most are for fun and laughter, and those we had lost along the way. No loss i guess, for whoever are left behind are the real gems. Really hard to find friends who really care for you and that feeling is mutual. What i've learned along the way, treasure the friendship while it lasts.Originally posted by Rhonda:Wow... you're lucky to have developed close friendships that endured despite the forum being closed.
I think I have a few close friends made through this forum too. As someone experienced in forums, you must have realised though that a lot of friendships developed here are for fun, and quite superficial one. But oh well, that's all in the name of forum fun because for most, it's just to while the time away.
Yeah, apologies! But good to talk to someone on the same wavelength about such issues here, if only for a short moment.Originally posted by Ladi:Yes, indeed. most are for fun and laughter, and those we had lost along the way.
