  kopi, just asking.. can i use the iMac to make playable CDs from MP3 using the iMac without additional programs other than those which came with OSX?

  actually if u just want a MP3 disc, then u just dump the MP3s in and burn from Finder.

  i wanted a playable disc... didn't know it was that easy from iTunes..
  
  used to the Nero version..
  
  never did explore iTunes apart from using it to manage my iPod last time, and to play music now

  sometimes i wish i had a car is when i feel like listening to music with aircon while i'm travelling.

  when i was a PC user, i NEVER liked iTunes.
  the program was too 'bulky' and complicated to me at that time.
  
  ever since i got my mac, i need itunes. Windows Media Player is too 'bare' and user-unfriendly

  the beauty of those new fangled ear bud earphones.
  
  Sony are expensive at S$80/-
  
  But Philips managed to beat them with USD19.90/- for similiar function earphones.

  sony makes those that kill 2/3 of the noise from outside..
  
  even without music, you turn it on, there is suddenly a lot less sound from outside
