i like those giant sri-lankan ones.. and not fried.. those at Vienna were fried until the insides were all dried up...
good ones, still at the zhi-char place in West Coast.. chiong version of No Signboard.. it's called.. Signboard Seafood!

come to Kuishin-bo.. the legs of the crabs are what the crabsticks simulate.. but much better to eat
and very easy to remove...

i learnt from very young
and i miss vinegar crab... aka tree-climbing mangrove crabs... very nice to eat... but no one makes them anymore...
they're eaten pickled...
