SO: No thanks. I don't need to take any loans
SC: Do you know of any friends who needs a Personal Loan
SO: Isn't it your job to make cold calls. Why should I recommand my friends
SC: It helps make my job easier
SO: Go do your job and stop calling me for loans and referrals

Me: You're too late, I've already sold my backside to XXX bank. Thanks.

Thank goodness starting from May this year, we can sign up a register to block all these telemarketer's calls to our home and mobile phones. -
Actually I suspect all those are outsourced...
Practically I suspect many things are outsourced these days to the extent of poor efficiency -
