Cocaine: The Beverage

I am beginning to believe the whole energy drink craze in the US has gone overboard. Witness the latest offering:
Now surf over to www.drinkcocaine.com and read about how much caffeine this beverage contains. It's sheer lunacy.
Cocaine isn't currently available in Minnesota--we had to order a case of it directly from the manufacturer. I have not opened the two cans used in this photoshoot yet, but my colleagues who have consumed theirs mentioned that it left a burning sensation in their throats as it went down. And almost all of them had to cope with severe "caffeine jitters" for quite a while thereafter.

It's successful marketing. Give a drink a name like 'Cocaine', it'll not only arouse curiosity, it'll also appeal to people trying to be 'kewl', namely the impressionable teens and young adults.
Don't people think twice about what goes into their bodies anymore?! Read the food labels, people!! Always read the food labels!!
