watched some aussie rules on australia network since it's there and i've nvr really watched it, made me remb that i used to quite like watching it on the now defuct sportscity

22 men a side, ball cannot be thrown, catch a kick on the full and you get a free kick, you can step on anyone but cannot push them in the back..
kick a ball through the 2 middle goalposts and you have a goal - 6pts.. hits the posts you get a behind or 1pt..
between the middle and outside posts, you get a behind of 1pt... if the ball goes through any of the posts off anything other than a kick, it's 1pt.. if the ball is carried through the posts, it's a rush-behind 1pt.. if it hits the outside posts, it's out of bounds...
