I learnt that almost every car has a cabin air filter located in the exterior of the glove compartment. This filter traps air coming into the car. Depending on where you live, you can find leaves, etc in the filter which should be changed annually. I'm surprised that I've gone on for this long without knowing about the existence of such a thing. My knee jerk reflex was to call and order the part for both of our cars. Ticket shock though: US$61.36 for my car and $80 for the hubster's.
Why am I always the last one to find out?

You can purchase the cabin air filters online for a lot less. Very soon, I shall have to stumble my way around, learning about cars and parts too.
Sadly, I haven't found anyone who can provide a bit of guidance.
Maybe, have to ask mousehubby or mousehubbybro or mousehubby... oh dear, dunno...
Oh well, when the time comes, I shall deal with it! Steady!! Like the Koreans say to boost their morale when something bad happens, "A-za! A-za! Hwaiting!!"

I hear you. The hubster and I used to walk everywhere or ride the public bus during our early years together. That was the only way to get around. Needless to say, we didn't get around much.
