Met an ex-colleague at the hawker centre yesterday and she was telling me how things have taken a change for the worse cause we used to know when we're being rostered for night duties, but these days, the new Sister doesn't even bother to indicate that and she only releases the roster for the next two weeks at the end of every 2nd week!Originally posted by Wanda:Ya, being a nurse is cool too....

At least now, I do not have to work nights unless I wanna, and I roster my own schedule which is granted almost 100% of the time, and if not, I can swop with a colleague, no probs! Plus, I know my roster at least 3-5 weeks ahead! -

In this case, I think the problem lies with the sister being inconsiderate and inflexible, or she could just be inefficient in her planning of night duties to do it at such a last minute. Why can't she be more considerate and make more colleagues happy?
