Hmmmm... talking about duck.... may be I should go and get one this weekend too to make Bear's braised duck.
I have been planning to make the cherry ripe chocolate cake for weeks but I still haven't got around to do it yet. May be this weekend too. -
i think i'll go to the fire drill AAR later to go pass out there or something.. i'm very sleepy

It should turn out ok. I have cooked the braised duck once and it was yummy. Don't forget to cook some hard boiled eggs to add themt to the sauce later. Nice!
The only thing you will find is the amount of oil floating on the sauce. I spent a long time getting rid of it last time. -

another scary topic, this time in marketplace forum
somebody trying to sell Adam Khoo's stuff like VCDs or something, motivational stuff
most forumers commented that they didnt gain anything from his seminars
and came along some supporters, who didnt share on how they really benefitted from his talks
rather, they supported him simply because he become a millionaire, and that others dont have the right to talk because they cant make it like him
wtf
the point is, a lot of people attended such course and seminars, didnt gain anything out of it, and yet become cult followers of such people extolling his wealth and 'virtues' and what not
people so easily hoodwinked for such obvious things? -

It's simple.... they just want to believe that they got something out of it.
Reminds me of a 17-year old friend of mine who plonked down over $2000 of her parents' money into an MLM selling really, really dubious items. And even though I tried to talk her out of it, she still believed that 'it would be a good experience'.
