Anyway for Roti Prata the nice place now is in Upper Thomson. I'm not talking about the famous Casurina. I like the stall further down. Their plain prata is crispy and not drenched in oil. -

Remember it is not you drawing the lines and putting up the barrier but them.
Don't worry too much about not being able to associate with the mats n minahs. I mean look at Mr Pinky Bear. He can't associate himself with the 'typical' indian. Majority of his friends are all Chinese coz he said he thinks differently from the rest of his race and he finds it difficult too.
I guess the only difference is that Mr Pinky Bear is fluent in Mandarin and Hokkien and can only speak Tamil heck his Malay is better then his Tamil -

That's what I did when I quit my corporate job. I knew then that I wanted to leave the country and work in a more altruistic job. Tough to make that change, but it's been really worthwhile!
