Help~ Need info on Chinese Restaurant

  Does anyone know of a chinese restaurant with this description:
  
  "Walk from Tanglin Mall towards orchard, on the left side before hitting hard rock cafe. Looks like a house. Located on a hill/up slope"
  
  my indian colleague asked me about it and said the food was good. i was like 'huh?'

  I can only think of RELC Hotel. Its on a slope, down Orange Grove Road from Shangri la.
  
  The other search only turns up Regent Hotel's Summer Palace.
