I had a bad bout of luck after i surrender my funds to my mother. From losing a job, finding out about cancer and having my hit and run accident and being unemployed for a year and a 1/2.
I didnt foresee those happening, since I tot I was still young and able to recoup back the monies thru working.
she's not going to give me a whole lot of money, she can slowly transfer to my auntie anyway.
anyway i'll be a student there, i'll be flipping burgers for $8/hr.
i'm constantly reminded to focus on studies first. -

And no, you dont need to transfer to your auntie. Just transfer direct into your own bank account. Trust me on this. Families, friends are not meant to mix into monies. The heartache, headache & frustrations are never worth it.
Only transfer to auntie the amount she needs to pay as your sponsor. (securities, bonds or processing fees.)
Just make sure you come to USA with enough cash to start a bank a/c in the USA that can last you 3 months first. -

SG is not in my long term plans
there are only 2 countries :
USA + Thailand
i wouldn't have a problem with the states since i have relatives here.
i definitely can go to Australia too.
SG is currently the last place i wanna be.
maybe when i want char kway teow then i'll miss SG. -

Hmmm... my cousin attended Cornell University.
He stayed on in New York after he graduated.
I'm thinking of going there for my graduation trip... if anything, I can save on accommodation costs by bunking in with him. -
Only thing I have to return to Sg for. Its VSC.

But then. I am eligible for early retirement already. -
i actually feel comfortable overseas because of my cousins.
one of them is working in new york as a magazine editor and she can employ me part time to shoot in the west coast. even if its for free, at least i get something to show on my resume! -
