Average i guess. I eat sinful on some days, healthy on others. life is too short to be a cow but i wanna live long enough to see teh world . medical tests and checkups done only when i was employed 2. What lifestyle habits do you think you will have to change in order to become healthier?

exercise? well i shop every other day, some days for 20mins, some days for 8hrs. there isn't really any new sports i wanna try. i've already done basketball, netball, tennis, squash, track & field, swimming, rollerblading, cycling, batminton, gym, etc. still so fat *sigh*4. Imagine that you've just been given an entire week off! What would be your preferred way of spending that time-off?
