Made 'Pig trotters vinegars'
Pig trotters need at least 24 hours to simmer. Now still not soft enough.
Then just now, has to go swimming with the kids at the community swimming pool.
Kids love the swim.

Bbbrbrrrrrrrr........very cold air. Water was nice enough temperature.

I dunno why ... I know it's like a maternity dish ... but I love the vinegar version of trotters rather than the plain old soy sauce version ...

for soy sauce version, you have to eat it at Thailand. Only the Thais can do pork that you can pick up with chopsticks, and melts on your tongue.
No matter how....Singapore side just cannot seem to achieve that result. The meat are usually too fibrous. -

the thai version is an adulterated version of the nothern ones anyways ...

And I love their Nike Shox mules like sports shoes. They are perfect for walks. Just slip in and walk. Must wear socks though.
My sister has 2 pairs, and I wore them on the sly very often.
