  It's not so much the terminology, but the content of your meals. Sometimes I eat char beehoon with luncheon meat (a breakfast item) for dinner.

  Someone in the office just told me, if your appointment is in the morning, sure die. Wait average of 2.5 hours. If afternoon, usually 1 hour plus

  I think it's ok to wait, as long as it's not during the weekends, and not using my annual leave. Just take along a book to read.
  
  I've visited those costly consultants - it's by appt and yet still have to wait at least 15 to 20 mins.
