Took them for a while.. and indeed my sinus problme was better.. -
I cannot stomach the newer kinds of cod liver oil capsule.
If I absolutely have to take it. Its usually reserved before a meal where I stuff down rice to stem the smell from burping out. -

OMG now I know why I was so hyper as a kid -
I cant remember why I took garlic pills for.
Something to do with yeast infection...I think.
Then I had to take on those yogurt quality pills because my stomach got too gassy. -
