1. Hot and sour soup Or cabbage soup (or hot and sour cabbage soup)
2. Chapati/Naan/Prata
3. Potato Carrot Stew
4. Lamb/Beef Stew (Very oily)
5. Fried Chicken (very hard)
6. Dhal
7. Egg custard/Cherries
Breakfasts are consistently
1. Fried Egg
2. Porridge
3. Bread
4. marmalade

I didn't get tired of their naan then...even their simple tomato, cucumber and onion salad tasted yummy.
BTW, did you encounter eating places where it's normal for the customers to share drinking cups? We found out too late.
