dman, i'm starting to feel that the recep in my company is dumb.
i specifically told her to stamp on every invoice, but she still did it only for the 1st one.

fairly successful.
Tires the little gal first with playing with throwing balls down the stairs and she climb up and down to catch it.
Then finally, let her practically run free almost everywhere, allowing her to climb here and there and I was there to catch her or support her to prevent her falling and hurting hard.
Just now, she was on the kitchen table, sucking a vitamin lollipop and finally I manage to bring her upstairs, pry the lollipop from her and she is hopefully falling asleep now. Time now is 0100 hours.
Lets hope I can do better tomorrow night to get her to fall asleep earlier at midnight. -
DBS did it again.
I received emails from 2 merchants telling me that my purchases didnt get credit authorisation.
Then I checked the internet banking and they are holding the funds for the merchant in ledger balance
I really really donno what else to do liao. *shaking head*
On another note, the Goldwing shop called me regards some friend ordering gold wing stuffs and sending it to me in USA. The guy just want to confirm that it isnt a prank.
After I confirmed that its not a prank, the guy was very nice to tell me that actually friend ordered short. Friend ordered two alternators. But only ordered 2 belts.
Those alternators needs 4 belts each to function. So the shop guy will be throwing in the extra belts just to be on the safe side. Each belt cost USD4/-
To me, that is service, that this shop guy is experienced enough and anticipated such shortfalls of the customers and calls to advise.
And he at least tries to call to make sure that the person on the receiving end of the shipment is the right and correct person. That is security and definitely protecting the interest of the customer, the shop & the receiver.
On yet another note. The Goldwings stuffs cost USD1200/-. And I doubt it will be small easy to carry items. I might as well just pay a fine and brings home a 3rd luggage, this time as a hard luggage to keep all these stuffs safer then my canvas cloth luggage. Eyeing my sister's Polo brand hard luggage sitting empty in her garage.
