What Stuff You Like to Put in Salads!

I dont know if its still there.
The Barksters Cafe next to the Changi Prison Museum serve really nice fusion seafood salad with thai chilli sauce.
there was prawns, sotong on beds of lettuce & grated turnips. And the Chilli Sauce Dressing drenching the salad.
You dont find it as spicy at first, but the chilli kicks in after about 3 bites and the eyes will water. It was great excuse to guzzle down beer. -
