Iraqi oil being plundered by the US gahmen and companies as we speak. I understand that basically the Iraqi gahmen was forced to sign legal documents practically giving away a big chunk of their oil to them.

Well, once I received a letter stating that I had applied for deferment and that I would no longer need to turn up for ICT that year.
The thing is.... I didn't apply for a deferment.
I quickly called up the NSmen hotline, sorted things out with the operator, and got him to agree with me that a colossal screw-up had occurred which could have caused me to unintentionally go AWOL had I taken the letter at face value.
As it turned out, the letter was meant for someone else altogether.
The scary thing is.... that letter was signed by a MAJ. -
