  i am not trying to screw them.. i'm allowing them to do their job...
  
  but if they do push me.. they have successfully killed themselves..
  
  somewhere along the line, someone should have done their job... i'm just trying to get what is due...
  
  and.. i've never complained even when it took them forever to get the job done...
  
  learn.. you are considerate to those who actually want to help.. let them be.. they are the ones who will change for the better...
  
  if they get nasty to you when it is their fault, you go to their boss.. and so on..
  
  there is no malice in it... unlike what many out there harbour in their hearts...
  
  besides... those who are nasty, and do not want to help, and are arrogant, let their actions be their rope... i have allowed them to save themselves, and in many ways, helped them remove that rope... they beat me away
