  in the US, you get all kinds of stuff.. pastrami, pizza, pasta.. go to the ethnic places and you get all kinds of ethnic foods from wherever they came from... and each state and town and whatever have their own local stuff.. plus everything else from immigrants..

  In US, tried the pizza and pasta, went to mexico had the hotdogs and their wraps or whatever its called.
  
  But i think their burgers still taste good.
