  strained a muscle.. which is causing back spasms..
  
  i think i was standing too long yesterday and lifted something heavy...
  
  oh well.. the physician/torturer did wonders for the back

  In the mean time, you should take some anti-inflammatory to prevent it from getting worse. Do you have hot water bottle at home?

  It's not too bad... quite nice. They only just opened at Flinders Street Station last Thursday so we decided to try it out on the way home.
