Workers are super important to Singapore. After all we are a city hub where people come for business. It is the centre of South East Asia so to a great extent, many people come through, tourists for example. It's very important for our GDP as well.
It's really just being conscious. Listening to good music, reading good books, listening to how good English is spoken. That will come across and then it will become automatic after that.
if she wanted it in proper and coherent English, should be:
