the reason i dn hang the flag is becuase:
1. only can hang for awhile, too troubleseom to hang and unhang.
2. must hang properly or can get charged; why bring extra problems and work for yourself.
3. the flag must be nice and not faded otherwise also can get charged.
4. flag cannot be stained or have marks otherwise also charged.

but it is interesting to see the estates where one block will be decorated with flags and banners courtesy of our RC members, which is then surrounded by dozens of other blocks with barren frontage. quite a sore thumb! -
