I will build brick walls, doorway and put in a door to screen off my utility room and make it a bona fide small bedroom.
And rewire the room to include in cables for cable tv, internet and phone sockets....then repaint it nicely.
I will buy the Ikea bed, ignatious storage system, step stool as chair, boxes to hold all the barang barangs of the rest of the family members and put it up for storage in the utility room space & table lamp & wall sticker on mirrors and those cute cute decorations like photo frames & knick knacks so its livable with all amenities suitable for a cozy hermit's lair.
I will also want to get a HP laptop to connect to the lovely fax, copy & scanner my father gave me.
And mini combo to hang on the wall that functions as clock and alarm clock.
And a wall fan plus a portable aircon for really hot nights.
Of cos, a new OGK FF5 full face helmet & a new Honda Hornet 900 motocycle.
maybe even a double eyelid job.
