I can't focus on my work anymore. How?

Lately, I have not been able to concentrate on my work. I don't have any distraction of any sort. But whenever at a meeting, when ppl are talking, I can't really register what ppl are saying cuz my mind keeps drifting away. After a while, I will have to "pull myself back to the meeting". And then after some time, I get drifted away again. This is happening more and more frequently.
I don't want to think that I don't like my job. I really want to take this job seriously and do a great job.
How ah? Am I just too tired? Too stressed or what? -
maybe u need a long leave?
i was initially bored wif my job too. but took a 3 days leave to rest/slack at home. apparently at the end of de 2nd day, i regained my interest/focus at work.
everyone needs a break on and off.
hope u gain ur focus soon eh!
