somewhere in our past, our then-no.1 decided that the customer must be 'delighted' and threw out all manner of good sense... security was made to take a back seat even thought he paid lip service to it saying 'security is paramount'..
push didn't even need to come to shove.. in fact, it didn't even come close to push.. it was just a mention and he made everyone jump through fiery hoops..
