Thinking of quiting

my current job is so harsh , no job stisfaction etc... i know alot of people also facing the same thing, but i feel i cannot stand it anymore.
How to you know you reach your limits?

i was about to quit my job, but my 2 colleagues suddenly come back to their senses and be nice to me again... i am wondering, real or temporary, because they need me there while they go holidaying..

when u keep falling sick and taking mc.. and think if this goes on, u might die anytime.

if u feel like dragging urself to work, then its pointless to continue working cos end day = sian.

hi, care to share wat job u're working as? To me, the most important factor is choosing a job is to love what you do. If there is no love in your job, better leave it asap.

Many people resign (even 3 at same time, my manpower here in spore is less than 20!)...
Many time i feel angry, frustrated, disaapointed, too many negative impacts.
This is the first job i have so much bad negative feelings..

Your decision to stay on the job or jump ship should not be allowed to be swayed by external factors. It has to come from you and you alone......
Colleagues are usually utilitarian in character..... make use of you and when you are of no more value, you become transparent to them!
If your job does not natch your expectations in certain areas and you cannot accept them, you may want to consider moving on.... Let your happiness meter be the determining factor. Good luck!
