My friend who went backpacking there told me that for a small amount u can eat like a king in India?

well, eating at their local places ...cheap...
but for restaurant, nah...not cheap... -
which airline u took? u got travel to any of the da chi ran locations anot?

By the river, when activities are still not at its peak yet...crowd slowly coming in, and many campped there..

aiya it's not like i like 1st class travel. rugged oso has rugged type of nice feeling... aiya, don't know how to descripe.

a tip though... if you're shooting in low light environment, you should switch to at least 400 ASA. night shooting 800 and above.
i think thru out your trip u prolly set to a low ASA or small Aperture(as evident from the "starlight effect"), that's why all the pictures have alot of motion blur. don't forget about the aperture setting too! -
It's getting extremely cold now...and my 3 guys kaki are doozing off.. I have to kick their ass so they dun oversleep and die there..
So i went around and took pics ...
I saw here..I like this gal..
I saw them, thick skin or not, I just swat next to them and join in...and the aunties very sayang me...gave me a nice big space to "defrost" myself..
soon after, I see my guys ran towards me and follow suit..with the aunties too..
Prayers too..

oh...Daybreak at 6am...
Must get boat to get into the River. It was a huge important festive to the native, so all boats were taken by the Media. One of my guy managed to bride the boatman in getting us one boat.. paid dearly for it...about $15 each person for this kind of boats..
see...it's a thousand of pple here.. -
all in all how much u spend? everything included.

Check out this...(not my boatman), right in the middle of the big Ganga River, the boat can be parked in the centre, and pple can walk on it...
like floating on water...it's a reef...my friends did it...i no gut to try...dun wanna fall in and drown myself and my cammy...plus the water is icy cold..

The boatman decided to bring us downstream ..
We stopped at one of the "pasar malam" area, and decides to grab something to eat. I bought myself some fried flour dougnut stuffs. Only 1 guy dare to share the food with me, while the other 2 refused to try street food..
Also met Mr Bull and other interesting characters..

DAY 4
Our takes at the Tomb are not good enough, so we got up early (like 5am) and "jog" to the venue to take more pics...
Daybreak.

and we thought that we are early...many locals already awake and working liao..

Packed and got ready for another LONG journey to Varanasi...the holy land ..
and we thought it would be short journey..we were wrong..
met a few more nice pple
gave a packet of potato chips to this lady..which brought a big smile to the whole family...simple happiness..

was busy chatting with locals most of time...i felt privilged suddenly.. -
After a lot of confusion and checking, we finally hopped onto a train and hope for the best that we did not gotten onto the wrong train..
recycled COWDUNKS !
and we thought it was oki...the train took longer (technical problem) and we passed by a toxic-burning factories. Probably I inhaled too much, I was so sick..
Dragging my heavy backpack, we climbed up and down high steps of Varanasi. and finally we decided on one hotel (after checking manY), I fell flat on the bed. (there is no lifts/escalator at HOLY Grounds).
My 3 kakis decides to utilise the "pool" money and went for a gluttony feast (eat and drink) and bought me one SINGAPOREAN FRIED RICE.
The rice was the best food that I had for the past few days.....oh boy..
