Went to Pengerang with another 7 of my photography kakis for FOOD and PiCtures..

We met at Changi Point Ferry Terminal to catch our Bumboat to Pengerang...

1 hour later (the slowest bumboat that I have ever taken) finally reached our destination......

We were so hungry... so we go for the famous Chee Cheong Fun and Wanton Mee..

how chee cheong fun is made...

my daily dose of BLACK COFEE , and we ate the smoothest Chee Cheong Fun (with char siew and shrimp)..

and another Black Sauce Wanton Mee with meat balls.

Famous meh? Actually, it's the one and only chee cheong fun in that whole town what. Confused

And the quality is better when the mom used to make it many years ago.

huh? but it seems that pple buy from her and she makes them almost non-stop. even the town seems quiet...but it's yummy...i enjoy...the skin is thin...melts in my mouth..

You're lucky if you ate the one made by the woman (the mom), coz the son has taken over the preparation most of the time, but the mom is better at it.

Back to Singapore by 5pm...decide to have dinner at Changi Village and proceed for Sunset shots.. which I actually nua there more than taking photos..

The difference with eating chee cheong fun in Sg and overseas is the chilli quotient. Laughing

Here chee cheong fun comes served with a thin soy sauce. Sad
