Neighbour's plants..

We have to walk past their 'garden of mess' everyday coz we r @ the corner unit. They put all sort of junk along the corridor eg. planks.. table.. empty dirty cracked pots..
Of late.. more pots appear n seem to move nearer towards our doorstep liao. 2m away to be exact. When it gets windy.. all the soil and wilted leaves will sweep our way.. i buey lun liao.. but my mama say.. muz live in harmony. I feel dat they r pushing their luck lor.. if the 'garden' is nice.. i dun mind la.. but the leaves also turn brown liao.. kaoz.....
The other lucky neighbour who doesn't have to walk the jungle path told us not to mess with the couple coz they actually dumped porno cds at her door when she asked them to shift the bamboos of clothes n undies away from her altar.
How ah? Cannot complain town council la.. mama say dun cause trouble....

i quarreled with my neighbour a few days ago.
he sprayed something that stink-like-dont-know-what onto his plant.
i asked him about it and he said, "if you not happy you can move. i cant control the wind direction." -

Take pictures of all their inconsiderate ways
Tell them nicely that you feel they are enroaching into your space and you don't mind the plants as long as they keep the corridor clean
If not complain to town council la with photos as proof. -

if u want to "help to clear out" their plants...
simple...., just pour boiling water on their plants (the soil area),
it's a clean job...
the plants will only wither on the next day, so...no one is responsible liao lor..
just a suggestion..

complain to town council. trying to live in harmony doesn't mean we bec a carpet to be walk over... wat if it obstruct ur way and u injure urself otw walking to ur unit?! -

actually, tell the town council that you are concerned with stagnant water that maybe collected during rainy days and it will posed a threat for breeding mosquito.
If your neighbour never follow properly, tio fined, then u will not see the plants anymore. -
I have heard stories about a warring neighbour who poured melted butter (or could be margarine) into the plant pots of their enemies. The victim found yellow oil seeping from the drain holes and all over the floor. Other times they'd leave whole uneaten pieces of sausage buns on the staircase
Such a waste of food and fats ! -

Maybe that is why my neighbours are not complaining
Then again we keep the corridor neat and they like the flowers
We have free basil, free mint leaves, free chilli, free rosemary outside -
When your neighbour is not around, just trim his plants & move the pots away- he may think it is the town council cleaners who did it

Rearrange or block the drainage hole of their flower pot so that it collect water. Then complain to the Town council abt it. They get fine if got mosquito, else got warning.

Try sending him a fake note from the council that he has been warned for misplacing their pots on the public corridor. Then, if they ignore, just send the real guys in to check lo.
