  well, i'll call the 'foreign' movies those which are not from Hollywood or the usual HK movies.. or the local movies...

  a movie about a bisexual man with AIDS, and his relationship with both his male and female lovers.. about how he lived the rest of his life.. semi-autobiography of the director who died from the disease before receiving the awards he won for the movie...

  Kevin Smith's movie shot on a shoestring budget in b/w... a day in the life of 2 shop clerks and how they annoy customers and more.. weirdness and total hilarity where there are almost no taboo subjects made fun of makes for a riot of a movie.. it got a "R" rating even when there is no nudity, violence, gore or anything explicit (except for the language)

  hilarity and weirdness... mayhem and madness... but still, it leaves a nice warm fuzzy feeling
