  I organised a few bbqs for different grps before. the bigger the lesser amt you spend. and depending on the type of food. if you want average meat and one or two seafood item, i see the singles club size... i think 15 dollars more than enough le. 20 is if you buy a few types of seafood and/or some alcohol.
  
  and usually this outing people will come at different times, so someone will have to constantly cook... and constantly go fetch people summore grp so big and some dont recognise the face, even harder to coordinate.

  I remembered the last time I helped my friend who organized a BBQ WITHOUT buying anything
  
  KNS he last min tell us never buy food
  
  MPB and I went to buy. Budget was $100 for 15 ppl
  
  We got marinated chicken wings, pork chop, prawns, hot dogs, sweet corn and dunno what else.... forgot liao

  The Shishamo will be more ex
  But if you buy frozen salmon from Giant it will be quite cheap
  I remember the scallop was considered cheap
  and it's something different lor. BBQ with garlic and cheese
  
  Other things you can have it Chicken wings
  Satay
  Otah
  Or if you want cheaper fish then buy cream dory to BBQ with sambal
  
  Also can have sweet potato (the japanese ones)
  
  You can also buy bacon and wrap it around crab sticks (in place of scallops) to BBQ or also can use bacon to wrap around other meats or even shelled prawn

  seriously, is the pit booked? who's doing the logistics? who's bringing wat? it's too short a time to organise a bbq lor... u all keep cheong outings for wat? haven't the last few outings u all have taught u all something? *shake head*
