after the initial reply, the rest of the $&*#ing senior management come in with mutual back-slapping as opposed to their usual back-stabbing, each falling over each other to 'add value' and claim credit where none was due.. and all the work, the initiative and everything had nothing to do with them.. it was all hammered out by one of the ground people with those outside the organisation who mooted the project...
