if you guys want to eat the duck i make, gotta wait until i'm able to.. and give me a week to source a bigass duck and another 5 days to cook the thing
currently, the ducks to be gotten at short notice are very small..
i'm looking at a duck which is around 2kg or more -

USA duck have more fat covering too compared to our skinny local duck -
