For reversing?Originally posted by the Bear:sometimes, i wonder if people rely too much on proximity sensors
i think i do.. i always have trouble parking with the van because its so long behind and i duno when to stop.Originally posted by the Bear:sometimes, i wonder if people rely too much on proximity sensors
Well... its a useful tool only if its a flat surface behind. If its not, the sensors are of no use at all.. its still better to rely on your eyes...Originally posted by the Bear:sometimes, i wonder if people rely too much on proximity sensors

At my secondary school days, it was dark and raining, going to school..
I was hit by a motorcycle. The driver skidded (while trying to siam many other pple who were dashing across the road), lost control and flew right towards us (my schoolmate and me),. We were standing at the grass patch divider... !
I quickly pushed my friend away, but i did not move away in time....the bike caught my skirt and the next moment, I was doing a triple spin and fell flat on my bums..and my two legs nicely rested on his fallen bike.... i kana bruises on my arms and legs...
the motorcyclist flew off his bike and landed elsewhere.. .. I managed to get up and ran to help the motorcyclist.. Me and my friend (2 gals) have to carry him up.. he limped to his bike and said sorry and just drove off.
NB>..i was injured.. still go to school, washed up...and got back to class..
Reached home that nite, told parents that I fell down the stairs at the double-decker bus...fearing they worried for me.... (kindda of a dumb lie)..
wah laoo...my blue black bruises at my thighs was BIG siah..
it took me 2 weeks to heal...
