why i love the series Cowboy Bebop?
the story... slowly unfurls and gets to you.. you start to love the characters and their ways... then the story develops.. like a kabuki dance, you know deep inside you what their fate is, yet you are unable to tear your eyes away.. as the players dance their way to their inevitable end..
and also.. the music.. and the ways Jet named his ship The Bebop...
along with soul, there is also a sweet sadness in some of the songs..
like this one => Words That We Couldn't Say
sung by Steve Conte... perhaps the song was for Faye and Spike.. perhaps...
with the shadow of Julia all over Spike, he never had a chance.. -
