  under the law, the ICA cannot help... that part is iron-clad...
  
  until the courts allow the information, with the reason behind why the information should be released, then ICA can help..
  
  this is to prevent abuse.. and we get a flood of letters and requests from a lot of people which we bound to reply that we cannot help....
