  hi zora... wake up back pain, think i sleep "crooked" again... get too used to the waist trimmer thing, body have learn how to "adjust" itself despite of it.. maybe tonite i wrap it tighter
  
  took painkiller liao, now zapping... put laundry in washer, later go hang it... with help of cos i washing the bedsheets too hehee... then sweep and mop floor, then bath bubble... i foresee i need another dose of painkiller and zapping after tat

  nope i got it from watson for $7.90.... just a rubber piece that wrap ard the waist... hehehe not sure if it helps with trimming lah, but with tat kinda price i dun mind trying... plus it help prevents me frm breaking my back from the twisting and turning when i sleep i have bad sleeping habit...
