  I just bought a small meat pau and a large meat pau at the nearest kopitiam for breaky ....
  
  fark ! ... inflation must have hit singapore big big big time ! ...
  
  the small pau cost $0.60 and was the size of a large fish ball .... it was barely a mouthful for me ...
  
  the big pau cost $1.20 and looks like a slightly meatier version of what small paus used to be ....
  
  what on earth is happening ? ...

  yes.. inflation has hit us..
  
  the only sanctuary from it seems to be the little market near my office where you can get a pretty good lunch for $2
  
  but recently, they upped the price of their morning stirfried noodles by 10cents
