  If HM can't take simple instructions or do simple arithmetic, I'm not sure he should be doing sales...
  
  You know how hard it is to build and keep customers. Sometimes, it's the simple things like bad service from the receptionist can turn me off from patronising a regular service provider for good.

  I have to attend my niece's 3 yr bday party tomorrow at keppel club...so will probably go over to Vivocity first....then purposely go to the party late to avoid all the screaming kids.
