  after 1 hour body balance workout to burn calories, for dinner, i ate one big slab of pork chop, whole bowl of potato strips/meat/tomato stew thingy, one sunny side up...and rice..

  i had to change his flat tyre...took me 1 hour plus just to jack the car and change the tyre....now back ache siah..

  if the building security records what i was doing...i am sure that the whole bunch of people in the room laughing their head off....cos i was half crawling to find the metal (under the car) to jack the car..

  Sucky... sometimes I end up injecting too much dye, then sometimes I can't seem to flush out the bubbles in the spring-inserted tube....
  
  But my prof just now commented that 'Your progress is pretty good'.
  
  And he did seem pretty fascinated by the flow visualization pics.
