  we've got a huge upgrade of the training IT system
  
  which no one knows how to use because of a lot of terminologies which no one understands...
  
  wtf is an "internal person" and you have to create that...
  
  then after that, no one knows what happens...
  
  we were supposed to be trained for this stupid clusterf**k of a system but the training at the IT school at Jurong East (which should remain nameless) was pointless...
  
  we clicked, and wait for minutes while the thing attempted to go to the next page or just got timed out.. so we wasted 2 days there..
  
  now i have to enter the training hours for my section.. which i can do in 1 minute on paper.. but i don't even know where to start on this accursed system..
  
  i thought IT was supposed to make our lives easier, not to turn it into an absolute nightmare...
  
  anyway, i just got a message and i'm grinning like a cheshire cat
