  i am exhausted actually....hectic busy month @ work, some days work from 8am till 5am...and other days till late night...not enough rest...

  i happen to go past a Courts.. they have a shelf of Nikon lenses so i looked.. the 18-200VR is $1485 or something... damned expensive

  i used a 50Litre to a 10day very cold (winter) india trip...and more than enugh space.

  Heck, I have an old and working (if somewhat dysfunctional) Canon point-and-shoot. It's cranky, and it's nowhere near the power of the D70s, but it can take pretty decent scenery pictures.
