like roaches, they've been there for a long tiem since the dinousaurs age.
and they will never die out.. last time it take many years or decades for their eggs to hatch, but recently due to climatic changes and human interference, they're breeding like mad, so much that they've even affected the japanese fishing industry.
when when the japanese fishermans tried to kill it, they immediately release their millions of sperms and eggs into the ocean below, but now they just hatch and spawn even when its supposed to take years.
as what the narrator said, soon they'll take over the oceans, and it'll be our very own fault.

one of my colleague brought her little girl girl(2yrs old) to office....so cute!!!
she juz run around the office (lucky all the bosses not around) and every workstation she goes to, she collects chocolate and sweets....
she is smiling happily...... -
