Lateral Thinking #1

  My primary school teacher used to have such impromptu "games" for us. She called it Lateral Thinking. Not sure how many of you people appreciate this, but I'll try to post more if the response is good.
  
  "A man was found dead next to his bag in the middle of an otherwise empty field. How did he die?"
  
  I will reveal the answer after someone guesses correctly, or after 24 hours, whichever earlier.
  
  Questions can be made about the circumstances, as long as they are phrased in a yes/no fashion.
  
  I will answer yes, no or irrelevant, depending on the question.
  
  Example:
  
  Q: Is the man a human male?
  
  A: Irrelevant, but yes.

  Oh, to indicate that he died of no other causes other than his fall. Ie, no other murder tools, no one else, no external causes at the scene of his death.

  Hehe, yeah you have a point. But if there was a question asking if he was murdered, I would have answered 'no'.
  
  Would be too mundane if it was just an ordinary murder. Though, from the speed at which the answer came through, the entire thing was prolly too easy.
