If they were really so concerned about the welfare of the cabbies, they would cut down on their rental rates instead of raising fares. And like the talking bus said.... the LTA should just exclude them from ERP surcharges so that they will be enticed to go into the city!
And the best part..... some idiots actually blame the taxi drivers without even realising that taxi drivers != taxi companies.
