Model Train Fair

As promised, pics from the fair. I never knew there were sooo many model train enthusiasts. Everything you would ever need was there. From landscaping making material to miniature trees, people, etc, to train sets to clothes, you name it, it was there. Sorry, the shots weren't better taken. Enjoy anyway.

There were soooo many on display. Some were large, some were tiny. Cost us just US$10 per adult. Kids 17 & under were free. Heng ah. In this town, everything's expensive so this was a cheap treat!Originally posted by Mospeada:wah...what is the scale....very good leh -

I lack the patience, money, and floor/storage space to do something like that but enjoy looking at other ppls set-ups.
Were the tracks from the Del* Mar Fair still set up? I was thinking they left those there on a continual basis?

Wow... it's going to be hard to have such a hobby in Singapore, mainly because of space constraints. Most of the models are pretty large and if you don't own a garage or a spare room, it'll be tough to construct and/or store!
Didn't know there were so many model train enthusiasts and hobbyists. Interesting!
